I was totally impressed with Rob and his son, Robbie. They came out and took care of our problem with in a very short period and were very reasonable for their time and experience. I will definitely be using them again and again.

We had Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions come out to check the plumbing after a questionable quote from another company. He and his son gave 10/10 customer service, communication, and got the job done for a fraction of what the others guys quoted us. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are woman owned, attentive, and I am confident that they did great work on our pipes. As a bonus; our pup Cooper loved them too. It is awesome to know there are good people out here doing honest work. Thanks again Rob!

We needed a repair to our sewer line due to a root intrusion and Rob at PDX Sewer Solutions provided thorough and excellent service. He gave us a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and often explained the historical context of why we had certain types of pipes and how they were installed. He also described past sewage issues that previous owners of our home likely experienced, which he showed us evidence of on the pipe itself (this wasn't related to the job he was doing for us but it was interesting to know). He even showed us his work at multiple points during the job. Not only was he able to schedule us in a short time frame, but he didn't "add on" expenses to the job once he started working. Although we know that's how this type of work goes sometimes since there are surprises once you actually see the materials, we were glad it didn't happen this time. On top of that, he was fun to work with! Great sense of humor and personable. We would highly recommend Rob's services to other people.

I have used many contractors over the years. I assure you, I have never had a superior experience than I just did with PDX Sewer Solutions! Rob was incredibly responsive, communicated status consistently and was always available for a question. They handled the entire job (replacement of water line from street to house on a flag lot under asphalt) in a couple days handling all the permits and other contractors seamlessly. Other than the manicured trench work, you wouldn’t know that his team had even been on the property. If Rob makes a comittment, be assured he will follow through. I highly recommend Rob and Ruth, this is an excellent organization, steeped in honesty and integrity, that puts your best interests first.

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions. Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Tyler were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause. Rob and Tyler were prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough! Rob does this work because he genuinely enjoys it. His knowledge, experience, and care for the job/ customer is truly above and beyond. As a first-time homeowner and this being my first sewer line break, I am blessed to have been put in contact with Rob. He helped assure me that everything was going to be okay, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and is one of the most honest contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This is the guy you need and want!
